I take the Universal Balm out of the jar using the back of my thumb nail. I dab it on with my fingertips and rub it in with the classic upward motion. Any excess I rub off with the backs of my hands so the thin skin gets the tallow benefits. This Blue Balm is the perfect pH for skin. When I use it, my skin never gets that excess oily feeling.
