Because our products are intended for personal use and cannot be safely resold once opened, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, and factory-sealed Products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Refunds include the purchase price of the returned Product only.

Original shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Allergic Reactions and Individual Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing each Product's ingredient list before purchasing and using any Product. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Because individual skin types and sensitivities vary, we cannot guarantee that every Product will be suitable for every individual.

Refunds or returns are generally not provided solely because a Product did not meet personal expectations or because an individual experienced a sensitivity or allergic reaction after choosing to use the Product, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

Products purchased through a subscription are also subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create eligibility for returning Products that have already shipped. Please refer to our Subscription Terms for information regarding subscription billing and cancellation.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution while the payment processor investigates the transaction.
